Who we are
Kreea (kreea.in) is operated by its founder, based in Bangalore, India. We provide AI agent implementation services for Shopify stores. You can reach us at act@kreea.in.
What we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form on our site, we collect:
- Your name — to address you correctly
- Your email address — to respond to your inquiry
- Your store URL (optional) — to understand your context before we reply
- Your message — to understand what you need
We collect this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
Third-party processors
We use a small number of trusted services that may process your data on our behalf:
- Resend (resend.com) — delivers our email replies. Your name and email pass through their servers. Their privacy policy →
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — provides CAPTCHA protection on the contact form. Your IP address is processed to verify you are human. Their privacy policy →
- Cal.com — if you book a call via our site, Cal.com processes your booking details. Their privacy policy →
- Hetzner — our website is hosted on Hetzner servers in Europe. Their privacy policy →
We do not sell your data to any third party.
How long we keep your data
Inquiry data (name, email, message) is kept for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted. If you become a client, we retain project-related communications for 3 years for business records.
Cookies
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (our CAPTCHA service) may set a short-lived technical cookie to verify your session. No personal data is stored in this cookie.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time

Data transfers
Kreea is based in India. Some of our processors (Resend, Cloudflare, Cal.com) operate servers outside India. By submitting the contact form, you consent to your data being processed in those locations under the conditions described in each processor's privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
